Please provide information exactly as it should appear in printed documents
As space is limited, if you cancel your attendance after registering, you will be charged a cancellation fee as follows:

45 – 31 days before the conference - $50
30 – 15 days before the conference - $100
Within two weeks of the conference - $150

If you cancel after your air itinerary has been booked, you will be charged for the cost of the flight, including travel agency fees. You will then be issued a credit with the airline for the cost of the flight.

Air Travel Information

Once you submit your registration, you will be contacted by our travel agent, McVeigh Associates, with a tentative itinerary for approval. You should plan to arrive in Los Angeles by 5pm on Thursday, October 12th. Departing flights will be scheduled for after 2:00pm on Saturday, October 14th.

Hotel Information

A hotel reservation will be made for you at the Los Angeles Airport Marriott. Check in will be on Thursday, October 12th, checking out on Saturday, October 14th.
